The Symposium is held in the Faculty of Arts in both B201 building (10 Symonds St) and the Owen G Glenn building (12 Grafton Rd).
There will be signs to direct you to the symposium. Also take a look at the Map in the app to guide you where you need to go.

Both Buildings are mobility and wheelchair accessible and have accessible toilets. Mobility parking spaces (spaces that are larger and nearer to access ways) are available within the OGGB building car park (16 Grafton Rd). A CCS mobility car parking permit is required to park in these spaces.

We recommend using public transport/bikes/Ubers/taxis etc. to get to the Big Screen Symposium.
Parking is available within the OGGB building car park (16 Grafton Rd).
Casual parking is available Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 4:30pm at $5 an hour for up to 5 hours. If you are parked for more than 5 hours there is a flat rate of $25. After 4:30pm evening parking is $6 flat rate.
On weekends the car park is open 7am – 11pm, $6 flat rate.

You may not take photos or record during sessions. Sessions will be available as podcasts via our website at a later date.
But feel free to take photos in the foyer and in front of our media wall and share to your socials and the app activity feed.

Water fountain, tea/coffee station, morning tea and lunch will be provided on Friday and Saturday.
There will be a coffee available where you can purchase hot drinks, so bring a keep cup.
Alcohol is not permitted.
You may bring water, non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, or packed food.
Note that lunch and morning tea are included in your ticket.
